University Recreation (UREC) is hosting various outdoor trips throughout the spring quarter. Learn more and register here

Lap Swim Hours for Spring Quarter 

Please note the following lap swim hours: 

  • Monday: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.  
  • Tuesday: 7:15 a.m.-9:15 a.m., 5:30-7 p.m.  
  • Wednesday: 7:15-9:15 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 7:15-9:15 a.m., 5:30-7 p.m.  
  • Friday: 7:15-9:15 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.  
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 

Winter Quarter Intramural Sports

UREC is offering the following IM sports for spring quarter: 

  • 7v7 Outdoor Soccer
  • 7v7 Flag Football
  • Outdoor Volleyball
  • Table Tennis
  • Softball
  • Kickball
