Dr. Colette Taylor is an Educational and Organizational Learning and Leadership professor with more than 30 years of professional experience in higher education and community development at Seattle University, Texas Tech University, Middle Tennessee State University, University of Florida, Nova Southeastern University and Wake Forest University. Her experience ranges from organizational and leadership development, community engagement, global education and diversity, equity and inclusion work.

Taylor currently serves as chair of Leadership and Professional Studies Department and program director of the Educational and Organizational Learning and Leadership doctoral program at Seattle University. Along with her duties as a faculty member, Taylor serves as founding director of the Center for Social Transformation and Leadership and conducts and publishes research focusing on interrelated multicultural and multi contexts of marginalized people and communities.
