11th Annual Go Move Challenge Starts Feb. 1
Human Resources is excited to announce Seattle University's participation in the 11th annual Go Move Challenge from Feb 1 to 28!
To register, please visit Go Move Challenge, and click the yellow “Log In/Register” button at the top of the page.
Throughout February, faculty and staff record their minutes of movement to determine which Jesuit institution is the most active. Physical activity is defined as intentional exercise that causes at least a small increase in breathing or heart rate. The Jesuit institution that accumulates the most minutes by the end of the challenge wins!
