Have you ever considered meditation? The Center for Jesuit Education invites faculty and staff to explore the practice of meditation (inspired by the Zen tradition) and how it can enhance your daily life. Participants will meet four Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. for an hour. The sessions will be led by Eddie Daichi Salazar and will be followed by a simple soup lunch at 1:30 p.m. If you can’t stay, you can take soup with you. Feel free to come with your curiosity, questions and “beginner’s mind.” All are welcome, and no experience with any kind of meditation is required, however, attendance at the first session on Feb. 23 is required. For more information and to RSVP, please contact Eddie Salazar (salazare@seattleu.edu).
