WFF Custodial Changes Coming

Recently HES Facilities Management has partnered with the team at WFF Facilities Services who provide custodial services in our academic sector. Same friendly and hard-working staff with a different company name and logo—HES.

This change marks a new phase of growth for the company, still guided by the mission, values and experience their higher education partners have always trusted and come to expect. 

Additionally, WFF’s current Director Joe Serrano will be will be taking on a different role with the company and leaving SU at the end of November. The new HES Custodial Director Jeff Dale comes to SU with 22 years of custodial management background in healthcare. We thank Joe for his great work and dedication to SU and welcome Jeff to the university.
