As we return to work during a time of change and lingering uncertainty with the pandemic, making time for soulcare is more important than ever. In the Ignatian spirit of caring for the whole person, the Center for Jesuit Education welcomes you to “Soul Sessions,” a series of brief and accessible community gatherings to help you pause, breathe, reflect and find inspiration for your daily life and work.
Soul Sessions will be offered Tuesdays on Zoom from 12:30 to 12:45 p.m. through Nov. 30. This fall’s facilitators include Angie Jenkins, De’Andre Jones, Amber Larkin, Carol Lwali, Kim Thompson and Eric Watson, S.J.
To receive Soul Session Zoom links in your Outlook calendar, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. You can attend every week or drop in when you’re able. If you miss a session, they will be available on the CJE website.
