LIFT SU Writes is a writing facilitation program designed for BIPOC faculty who wish to increase their productivity while developing a sustainable writing practice. Quarterly Writing Retreats and Write-on-Sites are an opportunity for BIPOC faculty across the university to have dedicated space to work on writing goals in community with others. All sessions are currently being held in a hybrid format, with the option to join in-person or via Zoom.

The Winter Quarter Writing Retreat includes goal-setting, six hours of writing sprints (25 minutes of writing followed by 5-minute breaks), a lunch break and an assessment of progress, followed by a guided 90-minute strategic planning session.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee/tea provided. Registration is required.
