2021 Annual Staff Performance Review is Live

Update (Jan. 14, 2022): Please note that the deadline for self-reviews has been extended by one week to Jan. 28. You can find the revised 2021 APR timeline and information about the Staff APR posted here.

Staff may now complete a self-review for performance during the 2021 calendar year. The self-review is now live and available for your input in EngageSU. You will find the self-review listed under the My Action Items heading. All staff hired before October 1, 2021, are eligible for the annual performance review. The due date for self-review is January 21, 2022. 

Writing a self-review is important because it allows you to reflect on your accomplishments and contribution. You should also note things that may not gone as planned so you can learn and make future adjustments. By frankly assessing one's successes and areas for growth, you gain a better understanding of how your position supports your colleagues and stakeholders at Seattle University.
