Interested in Becoming a Mentor?

If you'd like to be a mentor in the Ignite Mentorship Program, you can start by viewing the short video below and reading the our Mentor FAQs. Please also review the Ignite Mentor Position Description.

After using those tools to learn more, you can complete our Mentor Survey. This survey takes most people around 10 minutes to complete, and is used in matching mentors and students. Please complete as much as you feel comfortable.

If you have additional questions before you’re ready to sign up, please contact ignite@seattleu.edu and we’ll be happy to connect with you!

If you are interested in participating in the Ignite Mentorship Program as a mentor, please watch this video and read the Mentor FAQs before filling out the Mentor Survey to indicate your commitment!

Current Mentors

If you are a current mentor for Ignite, thank you! Our Ignite Mentor Resource Guide is available to help answer questions and connect you with resources (downloadable from the Mentor Resource links in the top right). We will regularly update the guide and will note when new versions are up in our regular newsletter, the Ignite Mentor News.

Feel free to reach out to Ignite Program staff at ignite@seattleu.edu as well as your small group leader with any questions or comments. If you are unsure who your small group leader is, contact Ignite and we'll get you connected!
