Capitol Hill Neighborhood:  

  • Seattle U is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, known for its vibrant food and music scene, eclectic boutiques, LBGTQ+friendly atmosphere, leafy parks, and neighborhoods.

Transportation: There are a lot of easy ways to get around in Seattle. Graduate students get discounts on the public transit ORCA card through Seattle U. 

Community Engagement: Seattle University’s Center for Community Engagement provides opportunities for graduate students to get involved and volunteer with over 150 community partners.  

Grad students with families: Seattle U’s Center for Community Engagement compiles lists of summer camps, free classes and activities and museum passes.
