Rate information for dependents are available once you log into the JCB student insurance portal.
Mandatory Enrollees are the full-time undergraduate students who will be enrolled by default if they do not have an approved waiver by the deadline.
Premiums are billed to your student account by quarter with spring and summer combined into one term.
Your coverage is continuous through 8/31/21 unless you graduate or withdraw during the academic year; in those cases, your term ends at the end of that quarter and you are not billed for subsequent quarters.
Full time equivalent (FTE) and part-time undegraduate students are not mandatory enrollees. Voluntary enrollment is accessible on the JCB Student Portal.
Voluntary Enrollees are students who electively choose to enroll in the student health insurance plan.
Important reminder: You must confirm continued enrollment on the JCB student site and pay the premium each term (fall, winter, spring/summer). Enrollment is NOT automatic. If you are not enrolled by the enrollment deadline for a term, you will need to wait until the next term.

For students wishing to enroll their eligible dependents, Aetna is requiring students to show proof of eligibility verifying the dependent’s relationship to the student. Only legal dependents are eligible to enroll in the student health insurance plan.
