Mandatory Enrollees are the full-time undergraduate students who will be enrolled by default if they do not have an approved waiver by the deadline.
Premiums are billed to your student account by quarter with spring and summer combined into one term.
Your coverage is continuous through 8/31/20 unless you graduate or withdraw during the academic year; in those cases, your term ends at the end of that quarter and you are not billed for subsequent quarters.
Voluntary Enrollees are students who electively choose to enroll in the student health insurance plan.
This includes law, graduate, part-time undergraduate, and full-time equivalency students taking < 12 credits.
Dependents of both mandatory and voluntary enrollees are included in this group.
