Walmart Vaccine Clinic - Returning 10/27/2021
Sinegal Building, Oberto Commons (2nd Floor)
October 27 (Wednesday) 10am – 4pm
- Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine including booster doses for those who meet the criteria
- Flu vaccine for those who haven't received yet
Schedule online through MyIR Mobile:
What do I need to bring to the vaccine clinic?
- Safe Start Health check approval with that day’s date
- Health insurance card
- Walmart vaccine paperwork needed for either vaccine - It is best to print out and bring completed to the vaccine clinic to save time
Note: COVID and flu vaccine can be administered at the same visit, just schedule both.
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
Closed the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month 3:30pm - 5:00pm for staff meeting
