Lead the acceleration of the work of the Strategic Planning Council, including high-level planning, coordination and support for all working groups. Coordinate across all working groups and initiatives, ensure the strategic planning implementation is managed in alignment with best practices, including decisions informed by data and research, identifying clear metrics and operational targets. Develop, oversee and implement a strategic communication plan and engaged actions across all key stakeholder groups to enable clear communication of both the work and its outcomes, and assist all stakeholders in understanding, embracing, adopting, and contributing to the Strategic Directions of Seattle University.
Currently supporting the formation and early planning for all SPC working groups and the SPC overall. Will ultimately coordinate and/or support the planning, budgeting, resourcing, goal tracking, data support, change engagement, and communications plan for the SPC’s work.
