Students: Redhawk Leadership Summit, 3/7

Graduate and undergraduate students alike are invited to come together for this special conference on campus. Redhawk Leadership Summit is a free half-day leadership conference open to all students at Seattle University interested in building personal leadership skills. It is a chance for students to get to know other leaders on campus as well as develop their own skills. The?theme for this year's summit is "Looking from the Inside Out: An Exploration of Emotional Intelligence." The day's sessions will be facilitated by key-note speaker Hartley McGrath, an SU alumna with expertise in the field of emotional intelligence, who will guide participants through their own skill development and reflection.?

Calls for Proposals!

In hopes of providing a diverse selection of breakout sessions for participants, the Leadership Institute is currently seeking presentation proposals from SU faculty, staff, alumni, and students. Your presentation must fit somehow with the theme of emotional intelligence and can be presented in any fashion (workshop, lecture, etc.). If you are interested, submit a proposal via email including 1-2 paragraphs on your presentation topic, an explanation of your background on the topic, preferred contact information, occupation and class year (if applicable). Send proposals to vishwana@seattleu.edu by February 13, 2015.
