The Graduate Student Council (GSC) at Seattle University is comprised entirely of graduate students representing the seven colleges of Seattle University as well as minority interest groups. The mission of the Graduate Student Council is to improve the graduate student experience at Seattle University by communicating the needs and ideas of the graduate student body to the University. The GSC advocates for services that better meet the needs of graduate students, as well as serves as a funding resource for student-organized graduate events.?There are currently two students representing the School of Theology and Ministry on the Graduate Student Council.

Throughout the year, the GSC host events like "Grads at the Garage" to bring together students from different programs on campus to meet and spend time together outside of an academic setting. Just this past spring break, two of our own students at the School of Theology and Ministry received funding to present their research at a conference at Boston College!
