Within one generation the church has seen the rise of the "mega church," the proliferation of small groups, and the spread of the "missional movement." This rise has produced vital questions that church leaders must ask today. This course addresses these questions through several lenses including theological, organizational-structural, cultural-contextual, and life-faith stage perspectives. The course integrates theory with practice and draws from course texts as well as students' own experiences, knowledge, and questions.
