Dean Mark Markuly, PhDDean Mark S. Markuly, PhD?
Dean Markuly attended the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities' conference in Chicago, IL this past month on his way to Hanoi, Vietnam to present at a conference on Religion and Culture. The Bainbridge Island Review published an article by Dean Markuly in the Lifestyle section, entitled "The Unavoidable Need for Religious Dialogue," available online here.

Dr. Gloria Burgess
Dr. Burgess recently attended the annual International Leadership Association Conference in Montreal where I was blessed to present in several sessions. One of the sessions was a half-day pre-conference session, which she co-led with Naomi Tutu, Archbishop Desmond Tutu?s daughter. Given this year?s conference theme on Local and Global Resilience, they blended their work?Tutu's on truth and reconciliation and Burgess's on creating legacies of healing and hope?providing a touchstone for people throughout the conference.?

Dr. Andrew Davis
Dr. Davis just released his book Tel Dan in Its Northern Cultic Context. It is the perfect stocking-stuffer this Christmas!
