After 26 years at Boeing, the former Director of Structures Engineering, felt called to her current role, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CRISTA Ministries.

Deborah will start the evening off with a brief presentation on personal accountability and work-life balance using examples from her own life.

After the presentation, you'll engage in three rounds of structured networking around questions posed by our presenter.
