Ginny and John Meisenbach have demonstrated exceptional generosity, leadership and service to Seattle University, our city, our region and our world for many years. Seattle University is proud to confer its most prestigious and highest honor, the 2013 St. Ignatius Medal, to John and Ginny Meisenbach.
Ginny and John have made a profound impact at Seattle University through their extraordinarily generous support of student scholarship programs, initiatives within the Albers School of Business and Economics, athletics and many others.
John, a Seattle University alumnus, served as a member of the university’s Board of Trustees from 2002 to 2011, and as co-chair of the very successful Campaign for Seattle University. He is the founder of MCM and is one of the most respected business leaders in our region. Ginny is recognized as one of the most dedicated community leaders and volunteers in the area and has worked tirelessly to help a number of organizations serving people in need.
Ginny and John Meisenbach have consistently inspired others in our community through their integrity, vision and willingness to help solve the most important issues facing our community and our society. In recognition for all they have done, and continue to do, Seattle University is most pleased to present the St. Ignatius Medal to John and Ginny Meisenbach.
