Requests over $2,000 shall be proposed 6 weeks in advance of event date

If the ask is over $1,000 but under 2,000 requests should be proposed 4 weeks in advance of the event date

If the ask is under $1,000 requests should be proposed 2 weeks in advance of the event date

Late requests are subjected to a 10% deduction per week it is late
