The Academic Specialist Staff serve as a policy expert and resource for students and faculty regarding academic requirements for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Additionally, Specialists process requests for change of majors, declaration of minors, and evaluate applications for graduation.
The Specialists are available for student appointments during regular business hours, Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., as well as via e-mail or phone. Appointment times are scheduled through your Specialist.

The Administrative Staff serves as the primary walk-up, telephone, and email contact for faculty, staff, students, and the public.
The Operations staff provides technical information management and reporting support to Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Student Financial Services and the Office of the Registrar & Operations.
Data Processors enter student-related data and track all incoming forms for Admissions, Student Financial Services and the Office of the Registrar and Operations. Data Processors enter test scores, transcripts and other time sensitive information to ensure forms accuracy and to properly process. Document and refer data discrepancies and/or processing problems to the appropriate person/department.
