No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes, although we do have limited space in classes like Cycling in which we only have 15 bikes. Just show up ready to work and have a blast!
Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app. A one-time $5.00 fee is associated with this option. Create your account and Log in!
If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation or your attendance will be marked as No Show. Five No Shows in a quarter will result in the cancelation of your Group Fitness Package.

Take your Pilates practice to the next level and join us for Pilates Plus! Similar to our traditional Pilates format, this class will incorporate functional movements that strengthen the core and utilize breathing techniques for a strong body. With the use of props and more advanced movements, you can make this class as challenging as you’d like.
