Group Fitness Classes

  • Reach your fitness goals and have fun with Group Fitness at URec!

    Dropping in for Group Fitness 

    No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes, although we do have limited space in classes like Cycling in which we only have 15 bikes. Just show up ready to work and have a blast!


    Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app.  A one-time $5.00 fee is associated with this option. Create your account and Log in!

    No show policy  

    If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation or your attendance will be marked as No Show. Five No Shows in a quarter will result in the cancelation of your Group Fitness Package.

    Yoga for Every Body

    Thursday, February 26th
    7:15-8:15 PM
    Instructors: Claire and Emily  

    Want to experience a yoga class that focuses on positive body image? Join us in celebrating Project Positive and Body Image Awareness Week by attending a unique and one-time-only yoga class. Though a positive and mindful practice, give your body the care and respect it deserves. This 60 minute class will be taught by two instructors to insure that you get all the attention and guidance you need. Sign-up online now, or choose the drop-in option.
