No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes, although we do have limited space in classes like Cycling in which we only have 15 bikes. Just show up ready to work and have a blast!
Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app. A one-time $5.00 fee is associated with this option. Create your account and Log in!
If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation or your attendance will be marked as No Show. Five No Shows in a quarter will result in the cancelation of your Group Fitness Package.

Walkers and runners are all welcome! This high energy, treadmill workout includes intervals of speed, hills or combos of speed and hills; enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Come join the fun and don’t forget to bring a towel and water!
*Cancellation 24 hours in advance or not showing up will result in a cancellation of your group fitness package.
