Group Fitness Classes


    Specialty Group Fitness Class 

    Redhawk KICK with Ben
    Thursday, 2/11, 8:30-9:30pm
    Get ready for the ultimate fusion of strength training and kickboxing with Redhawk Kick! This one-time-only specialty class will combine high intensity Cardio Kickboxing sequences with strength and resistance exercises for a well- rounded workout.

    Dropping in for Group Fitness 

    No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes and space is available on a first come first served basis, with registered participants having priority.


    Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app.  A one-time $5.00 fee is associated with this option. Create your account and Log in!

    No show policy  

    If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation or your attendance will be marked as No Show. Five No Shows in a quarter will result in the cancellation of your Group Fitness Package.
