In this session our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will explain the many benefits behind myofacial release, as well as take you through all the rolling movements. Participants will leave this session with a foam rolling plan.

Personal Training Workshop: Learn to Lift I

Interested in learning more about strength training and feeling more comfortable on the strength floor? Join us for our Learn to Lift workshop where you will work closely with Trainers to learn the basics around resistance training, perfect your form, and leave with a basic strength program. Great for new exercisers. No experience necessary!
