Personal Training Workshop: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High Intensity Interval Training, also known as HIIT, is one of the most popular topics in the fitness industry right now. However, it can difficult to know where to start, or how to continue to progress HIIT programs. Join our team of Personal Trainers for a workshop focused on the how's and why's behind HIIT. 

This two-hour workshop will include:

  • Science and research behind HIIT and it's benefits. 
  • a HIIT workout with options for every level of participant. 
  • Leave with a HIIT workout

In this session our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will explain the many benefits behind HIIT, as well as take you through a HIIT workout to demonstrate the proper integration and saftey considerations.

UREC is hosting a YogaFit level 1 nationally recognized Yoga certification! This certification is open to students, non-students and community members.
