Join us for our Learn to Lift workshop where you will work closely with Trainers to learn the basics around resistance training, perfect your form, and leave with a basic strength program. Great for new exercisers. No experience necessary!
In this session our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will explain the many benefits behind strength training, as well as take you through all the major movements.
