Let us help you Spark Motivation during these challenging times! 

Free, 15-30 minute check-in's with our Trainers to help inspire you to feel your best. Guided by what you need!

Sessions Can Include:

  • Healthy habits planning 
  • Goal Setting
  • Workout tips
  • Behavior change conversations

How to Sign-Up:

  1. Log into your MINDBODY account (or create an account)
  2. Click Spark Sessions on the top banner 
  3. Follow the prompts to schedule your time
  4. Check out with your free session 
  5. Once you have scheduled yourself into a session time, your Trainer will email you within one hour of your session with your Zoom ID




All Fitness programming is for Seattle University Members: Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni and their partners or dependents. We do not serve the community at this time.


We will not be providing exercise or movement during these sessions.
