Small Group Training

 

These semi-private Personal Training sessions occur 2x/week for 6 weeks with a group of 3-6 participants. Each session is focused on a specific format, skill or level of intensity to provide a more focused exercise experience. With many different sessions offered, there are options for new exercisers and those looking to take their workout to the next level.

Price:

Students $120 ($10/Session)
Non-Students $180 ($15/Session)

Policies

First Session

Each client is required to meet with the Trainer for a 20 minute Initial Consultation prior to start of the session. This meeting will take place the week before the official start date of the Small Group Training session, and usually within the same day and time of the session.

Cancellations & No Shows

Small Group Training runs as an enrollment which means that there are no makeups or cancellation for individual sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, it will be marked as an absence.

Refunds

All Fitness packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Facility Policies 

We require all of our clients and participants to follow our facility policies, which include wearing closed-toed, athletic shoes and athletic apparel . Please note we require full shirts and tank-tops to be worn at all times.
