Personal Trainer

Ella's goal as a Trainer is to help each client discover what makes them feel the best version of themselves through exercising. Ella played many sports growing up, but in the last couple years she has developed a passion for exercise through her commitment to improving her health and well-being. She hopes to inspire her clients to do the same by encouraging them work hard to achieve their goals but also having fun and enjoying the process. Ella is here to help each individual find what is enjoyable and exciting about exercise and support them in living an active, healthy life to feel strong and confident.

Personal Trainer

Sammy's love for health and exercise was established from a young age. He participated in sports growing up and has had his fair share of injuries too, which have influenced his goal of becoming a personal trainer with hopes of ultimately going on to physical therapy school. He firmly believes that exercise can be used as a way to de-stress after a long day or a way to gain energy prior to one. Sammy wants to instill the benefits of exercise in all populations by focusing on functional movement and proper form while creating a fun and exciting environment. Whether you are a new exerciser or an experienced veteran, Sammy would like to help you achieve your exercise goals and get you to the next step.

Solana completed her 460-hour Pilates certification program with Vitality Pilates. Her teaching experience has exposed her to clients of all body types and skill and ability levels, leaving her with the mindset that Pilates is for every body! Having benefitted from one-on-one Pilates sessions with a certified instructor herself, Solana can attest to the value of a customized program and personalized attention of a fitness professional. Pilates focus on uniting mind and body to improve flexibility and strength is something Solana is deeply passionate about as a practitioner, and even more as an instructor. She hopes to share her knowledge of the Pilates method with others in a way that promotes the development of lifelong habits and overall wellness. Whether your goal is to improve mobility and day-to-day functionality or integrate Pilates into a cross-training plan, Solana is eager to help you achieve your balanced body.

Personal Trainer

For Rosel, fitness, health, well-being, and quality of life are synonymous. Her decision to become a Personal Trainer stems from her own passion and love of staying active and healthy, and sharing her knowledge with others so that they can live their best life. Rosel believes that exercise does not always have to take place in a gym setting, and that it can take place outdoors. Her background in kinesiology helps her understand how exercise contributes to a healthy lifestyle and more freedom to do what you love. Having experienced different injuries growing up, Rosel understands how difficult it can be to get back to doing the activities you enjoy, and the importance of giving your mind, body, and soul need a break. Rosel emphasizes providing a safe, enjoyable, and motivating environment for her clients to help them achieve their goals. As a Personal Trainer, Rosel focuses on form, functional movements, stability, flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and balance with her ultimate goal being to help you reach your own goals no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
