Sessions Can Include:
- Healthy habits planning
- Goal Setting
- Workout tips
- Behavior change conversations
How to Sign-Up:
- Log into your MINDBODY account (or create an account)
- Click Spark Sessions on the top banner
- Follow the prompts to schedule your time
- Check out with your free session
- Once you have scheduled yourself into a session time, your Trainer will email you within one hour of your session with your Zoom ID
All Fitness programming is for Seattle University Members: Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni and their partners or dependents. We do not serve the community at this time.
We will not be providing exercise or movement during these sessions.
