Virtual Group Fitness 

Virtual programs are intended for Seattle University Students, Faculty and Staff and are all provided at no additional cost.

Steps to Register for a Class:

  1. Sign-in to your MINDBODY account or create an account.
  2. Register for you desired class (registration will be available up-to 14 days prior).
  3. Once registered, you will receive a link to the class within 30 min of the class starting.
  4. When clicking the link, the system will request access to your microphone and camera. You will need to give it permission to enter class.
  5. It is not required that you have your camera or mic on during class. Feel free to do what works best for you.

Equipment: Any equipment needed will be listed in each class description and is a suggestion. All classes can be done with no equipment.
