Spring Quarter Group Fitness

 Classes are free to members for drop in, with a one-time paid pre-registration fee to secure a spot.

Participation Info

Dropping in for Group Fitness 

No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes and space is available on a first come first served basis, with registered participants having priority.


Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app.  A yearly $10.00 fee is associated with this option for Students and a yearly $15.00 fee for Non-Students. Registration opens 7 days prior to each class.

No show policy

If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation 15 minutes prior the start of class or your attendance will be marked as No Show/Late Cancel. Five No Shows/Late Cancels in a quarter will result in the cancellation of your Group Fitness Package.

Late Policy

For safety reasons, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be allowed to participate.

 Group Fitness On Demand

Pre-recorded classes are available to SU Students, Faculty and Staff. Classes are available to you 24/7 and can be taken as many times as you like. To access videos, purchase a one-time-yearly Group Fitness On Demand membership.
