Virtual Group Fitness
Virtual programs are intended for Seattle University Students, Faculty and Staff and are all provided at no additional cost.

Steps to Register for a Class:
- Sign-in to your MINDBODY account or create an account.
- Register for you desired class (registration will be available up-to 14 days prior).
- Once registered, you will receive a link to the class within 30 min of the class starting.
- When clicking the link, the system will request access to your microphone and camera. You will need to give it permission to enter class.
- It is not required that you have your camera or mic on during class. Feel free to do what works best for you.
Equipment: Any equipment needed will be listed in each class description and is a suggestion. All classes can be done with no equipment.
