The Office of Multicultural Affairs invites all graduating undergraduate, graduate, and law students of color to join us at our Graduating Students of Color Celebration (GSOCC) on Saturday, June 16th from 4-6PM in the Campion Ballroom. This is a special time to honor and celebrate the many accomplishments of our graduating students of color. All students, staff, faculty, family, and friends are welcome to join us! This award recognizes an graduating student that has been actively involved at Seattle University and our local community. She/he serves as a role model and demonstrates the importance of community involvement and inclusion through direct action.
This award recognizes a graduating student who has worked diligently and consistently to affect positive change among his/her peers and community. This student serves as a role model and inspires others to action on important issues that support a positive change. This individual’s actions inspire others and promote a diverse environment that fosters acceptance and inclusion to all members of the SU community.
