School of Law student Daniel Lee is one of two students in the country to receive a Law Student Diversity Scholarship. Awarded by DRI, the largest international membership organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation, the scholarship goes to law students who best demonstrate excellence, service to the profession, service to the community, and service to the cause of diversity.
A 3L, Lee serves as editor-in-chief of Seattle University Law Review. Prior to law school, he taught math, art and reading in Bellevue, Wash., and worked with a non-profit that seeks to bring technology and training to teachers in rural China. Lee received a B.A. in English from Stanford University.
