Seattle University's International Week (I-Week) has been selected for the 2012-2013 Outstanding International Program award. The award is presented by the American College Personnel Association's Commission for Global Dimensions of Student Development.

Put on every January by the International Student Center, the Office of Global Engagement and 30 other campus partners, International Week continues to grow and flourish. In 2012, 2,300 people, including 2,000 students, participated in 24 programs throughout the week. Of course, the International Dinner, which showcases culture and cuisine from around the world, is the week's crowning event.

"I am very proud of the work my staff has done to make International Education Week a large-scale week-long campus program," said Ryan Greene, director of the International Student Center. Greene will receive the award in March at ACPA's national convention.
