School of Law Dean Mark Niles (left, with Judge Anita Crawford-Willis ’82, ’86, an ex-officio member of the Board of Regents, and President Stephen Sundborg, S.J., at the law school’s holiday party) wrote a piece, “Diversity and the Law: Supporting Inclusiveness at Seattle U. and in the Law,” which appears in the December issue of the Washington State Bar Association's Bar News. “One of the many things that drew me across the country to Seattle University from my hometown of Washington, D.C., was the school's focus on diversity and its commitment to promoting social justice within and beyond the four walls of the academy,” Niles writes.
