Cynthia Moe Lobeda, associate professor of theology and religious studies, recently spent a month in India, conducting research for her forthcoming book Christian Ethics for the "Uncreators": Morality in the Face of Systemic Evil. During her visit, she engaged with popular movements active in resisting climate imperialism and the neo-liberal model of economic globalization. Moe Lobeda, second from left, also worked with theology faculty from Sri Lanka and India on issues related to eco-justice theology and ministry and gave public lectures at graduate schools of theology. Moe Lobeda's ongoing scholarly work is being funded by the Lilly Foundation.
