Carol Kelly, assistant professor in Matteo Ricci College, participated in Art and Practice of Leadership Development, an intensive workshop offered at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Kelly joined participants from 22 countries, including a major general in the Indian Army, the director of Federal Occupational Health and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the accountant general of South Africa. The workshop is directed Marty Linsky and Ronald Heifetz, internationally renowned scholars on leadership.
"The program at Harvard is cutting-edge in terms of pedagogy for teaching leadership in an experiential and progressive variety of formats." Kelly said. "As a professor in Matteo Ricci's BA in Humanities for Leadership degree courses, I attended the workshop to increase my own skill set so that our students would have access to the best and brightest methodologies being used to teach leadership today-literally worldwide."
