October 26, 2022

As guest of Albers Executive Speaker Series, Dr. Barth will speak on ‘Challenges & Opportunities: The Five to Watch in 2023.’

Dr. James Barth, a Scholar in Finance at Auburn University, a Senior Fellow at the Milken Institute and a Fellow at the Wharton Financial Institution Center, will speak about what the country faces, in terms of the economy and its outlook, in the year-to-come as part of the Albers Executive Speaker Series. The talk, at Seattle University’s Campion Ballroom, is November 2, 6–7 p.m.

Dr. Barth will discuss five key areas he believes will shape the county’s economic prospects—economic growth and inflation; federal budget deficits; home prices; cryptocurrencies; and how one’s social circumstances impact their economic outcomes.

The event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
