The regular season is complete and the brackets are set for the 2017-18 Western Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments.

The regular season is complete and the brackets are set for the 2017-18 Western Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments, set to begin Wednesday, March 7 (women) and Thursday, March 8 (men) at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

Seattle U men's basketball wrapped up the regular season with a 19-12 overall record and 8-6 WAC mark. The Redhawks earn the fourth seed in the WAC Tournament and will face fifth seed UTRGV in the tournament's quarterfinals on Thursday. That game is set for an 8:30 p.m. PT start and will air live on ESPN3. The game can also be heard live on KTTH 770 AM or mynorthwest.com.

The Redhawks swept the season series against the Vaqueros, earning a thrilling 79-76 overtime win in Edinburg, Texas, and an 85-68 victory in Seattle. Thursday's winner will advance to face the winner of top-seed New Mexico State or No. 8 seed Chicago State in the semifinals on Friday at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN3.

Seattle U’s women wrapped up the regular season with a big 83-53 win over Utah Valley on Saturday, securing fourth place in WAC play with a 9-5 mark. The Redhawks have earned the No. 4 seed in the WAC Tournament and will face No. 5 seed Kansas City in the final quarterfinal game on Wednesday. Tip off time from the Orleans Arena is set for 8:30 p.m. PT. The game will stream live on ESPN3.

Women’s basketball swept the regular-season series from the Roos, earning a 62-58 win in Kansas City and a 66-62 victory in Seattle. With a win in Wednesday’s quarterfinals, the Redhawks would advance to Friday’s 2:30 p.m. semifinal against the winner of No. 1 seed New Mexico State and No. 8 seed Chicago State.
