Ally and Scott Svenson, co-founders of MOD Pizza, kicked off the Albers Executive Speaker Series on Oct. 11, by presenting “Using Pizza as a Platform for Social Impact.”
The fastest growing restaurant chain in the United States for two years running, Mod Pizza marries a market need with an eye on the greater good. At SU, the Svensons discussed some of the ways in which the company strives to do right by its customers and society at large, including its hiring of “second chance” employees.
