SU a “Best Buy”

Fiske Guide recognizes university among top 25 private universities for academics, affordability, student life
By Mike Thee

Seattle University is recognized as a “Best Buy School” in The Fiske Guide to Colleges, one of the preeminent publications sought out by students and their families in deciding where to go to college.

SU is one of just 25 private institutions and only 49 public and private institutions to make the best-buy list. The distinction is based on high academic ratings, affordability and quality of student life on campus.

Recognized as “The Best College Guide You Can Buy” by USA Today, The Fiske Guide features about 300 of the country’s “best and most interesting colleges and universities.” The guide is written by former New York Times education editor Edward Fiske.
