When filling out your Schedule Preferences Form, it's important that you let us know about all potential schedule conflicts. Below are the conflicts we most commonly see.
Being a student is considered your number one priority. Any job you take should be planned to work around your academic schedule. Off campus job schedules can be difficult to accommodate.
Schedule planning for fall: If you plan to participate in ROTC, the physical fitness program runs from 6 to 7 a.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday. ROTC classes are scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

If you participated in choral music in high school or with other organizations and would like to continue in college, consider joining the Seattle University Chorale. The chorale performs quarterly concerts and participates in university-wide events and Masses. If interested, you need to meet with Dr. Sherman prior to registering for the class at the beginning of fall quarter. This is a one-credit class and tuition is free when taken as a 16th credit in your course load. This class takes place on selected days, from 12:15 to 1:20 p.m.
Seattle University Athletics provides New Student Registration with a list of athletes and practice schedules. Please indicate the sport you are playing in your communications to us and we will do our best to accommodate your practice schedule.
