Learning Communities

Civic Engagement

A community of engaged citizens who participate in the political process, serve their communities, and explore shared questions about the role of government, political access, and empowerment. As a member of this community, you will learn how to participate in the political process, how to make your voice heard, and how to use your unique talents and ideas to create change locally, nationally, and globally. Living in this community will provide you with opportunities to attend lectures by local and national leaders, participate in workshops about citizenship and political change, volunteer in the local community, and discuss your political ideas with other students who share your interests.
