Telecom - Requesting New Phone


To request a new phone please contact the Service Desk. 


Step 1: Please Contact the IT Service Desk at x5571 or and request Telecom assistance.

Step 2: Please provide answers to the following questions:

  • Do you have a phone for this office, or do you need one from us?
  • Do you need long distance dialing? International?
  • Do you need voicemail?
  • What is the name of the person who will use this line?
  • What account code will you use for billing?
  • When do you need this set up?

Step 3: Please allow at least 5 business days, our small team works hard to meet every request.
