Removing and Adding Outlook Profiles on a PC

Step-by-step

1. Close your Outlook application. 

2. Click the Start button and navigate to the Control Panel.

3. Open Mail and select Show Profiles.

 

4. Highlight your Outlook profile and select Remove.

 

5. Click Add to create another profile.

 

6. Create a new name for your profile. When the Auto Account window appears, select Next.

 

7. Once the account is connected, select Finish
