Recovering Deleted Items in Outlook


How to recover lost or deleted items from the Recoverable Deleted Items folder in Outlook.


Outlook Desktop Application

1. In Outlook, click on the Folder tab.

2. Select Recover Deleted Items.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to restore.

4. Select Restore Selected Items and click Ok.


Outlook Web Access

1. Go to and log in with your credentials.

2. In the side menu, right-click the Deleted Items folder.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Recover deleted items...

4. Select the messages you want and click Recover.
