Your SeattleU account (username@seattleu.edu) is used to access university computers, email and systems. All students, faculty and staff are provided with an SU account.
SUOnline allows you to access your student records via the web. The information on SUOnline comes directly from Seattle University’s administrative database, is constantly updated and is available 24 hours a day. You can use SUOnline to view your grades, student restrictions, financial aid information, and schedule. You can also update your address and register for classes via SUOnline.
Microsoft Office 365 is a suite of applications available to Seattle University students, faculty, staff and alumni. Your account comes with the following features:
Outlook
Outlook is your email application where you can access your SU email account. In Outlook, you can customize your inbox, schedule meetings in your calendar and access the task manager.
To log in to your Microsoft 365 account, visit www.office.com and enter your Seattle U account credentials.

Seattle University community members are provided with a Campus Card, a versatile photo ID card. Your Campus Card can be used as an electronic door key, library card, dining card, debit account card, and gym pass. Your Campus Card comes with an eAccount that allows you to manage the money on your card. You, your family, or your friends may deposit funds into your account at Student Financial Services, or online through eAccounts to use in University dining halls or laundry facilities.
Visit SuperCopy in Pavilion 010 during business hours (M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) to obtain your Campus Card.
