The Virtual Desktop is exactly what it sounds like - a Seattle University workstation that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection and web browser. When you log into a computer lab workstation on campus, you're using the Virtual Desktop. SU students, faculty, and staff can download a program from VMware for the PC or for the Mac so their computer behaves as though they were in a computer lab , with full access to specialized academic software from home or the residence halls as well as print to open lab printers directly from their laptop.
Virtual Desktop is working as expected. The SU Help Desk is not aware of any problems.
If you are having trouble with this service, please report the problem by calling 206-296-5571 or 1-855-501-0858 - rather than email - right away to the SU Help Desk!
