ITS provides conference phones and conference bridging services for students, faculty and staff. Conference lines and phones can be set up in most locations on campus and allow you to manually add up to eight parties to a conference call. Our conference bridge service provides you with a toll free number and a unique meeting ID for the participants to join your conference call.
To request a conference call, contact the Service Desk and provide the following information about the event.
We prefer 48 hours notice to allow us time to plan for the event. If you are requesting a conference call in this time frame, please make your request via phone.
To request a conference bridge account contact the Service Desk and provide the following information.
Please allow 48 hours to set up the account. After the account is created, you will receive an email with all of the information about your new account.

The Self-Service Portal has an easy-to-search knowledge base, and you can open a support ticket based on your specific request. You can also view the status of your tickets.
