Media Services works behind the scenes in conjunction with the Help Desk and Conference and Event Services (CES) to support classrooms and campus events. Media Services works to ensure the proper technological resources are in place to make classroom learning streamlined and events successful. Below are some of the ways that we can help you:
Media Services supports students, faculty, and staff in making video conference calls. Our staff are here to assist you with equipment setup and troubleshooting. Seattle University's main video conferencing room is located in Engineering 532.
For any academic or classroom support, please contact the Help Desk at (206) 296-5571 or email@example.com. The Help Desk will then coordinate with Media Services to arrange the request. All requests for equipment and services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time that it is needed.
Preparation is key to a seamless and successful event! Media Services works diligently with your CES Event Coordinator to execute the technological solutions to meet your specific requests. In order to best serve you, we require all event technology requests to be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
All checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time the equipment is needed. All Seattle University students, faculty and staff can checkout equipment.
Equipment checkout is only available for academic and/or campus sponsored activities and events.
Equipment is limited and therefore all requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
