Here are links to the IR Redesign. I had to remove the navigation in the left side to ensure it doesn't make it to the live pages, so you may have to use this for navigation instead.
It's still a work in progress, so please let us know if there are any changes you'd like to make. Our goal was to try to get fleshed out ideas on to the screen with the understanding that it'll definitely need some editing passes. Looking forward to your thoughts!
