Erica Snyder-Drummond, an International Studies and French major from Melrose, Massachusetts, first traveled to Morocco in 2013 after completing a semester abroad in France. Since then, she has always wanted to return and has been lucky enough to do so through the IDIP program. Erica is a lover of languages, literature, and the visual and performing arts. She is an active member of the Seattle University choirs and when she is not studying or singing you can find her working at the local farmers market. As an intern for Dar Si Hmad in Agadir, Morocco, Erica has created programming for local students on professional development skills as well as the visual arts. Her work has also included evaluation of current projects, French-English translation, and creating promotional materials for the organization.
