Wellness and Well Being

At the end of December 2019, we will be sunsetting the LiVE wellness program that has been offered to faculty and staff for the past number of years.

The LiVE website, hosted by Limeade will remain in place through December 17, 2019 and you may continue to track your favorite challenges through that date.  Anyone who earns 1,000+ wellness points this year will receive a $25 Amazon gift card from the program as a thank you for participating.  We will also randomly select a grand prize winner of a $1,000 REI gift card from the list of those who earn 3,000+ points this year.

Concerned about privacy and security?

Protecting your confidential participation in LiVE is a fundamental component of the program. Your individual Limeade self-assessment responses will never be shared with the University. Self-assessment responses will be made available to the University when presented in aggregate – that means not sharing any health or well-being data that may be attributable to a single individual. Such aggregated reports assist the University in creating program activities. University Human Resources benefits administrators may access status reports via a Limeade secured site. These reports list each participant’s program points or challenge enrollment. The benefits staff uses such reports for communications to individuals or to assist with enrollment issues.
Your personal health data, including information secured with Limeade, is protected by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and by strict contractual agreement.
