Paid Family Medical Leave

The University offers paid family and medical leave benefits to all current and future employees who meet the eligibility criteria. Benefits will be available beginning January 1, 2020. The University administers a voluntary plan for purposes of Washington’s Paid Family and Medical Leave Act, chapter 50A.04 RCW, and all employees will receive at least the minimum benefit required by that law.

 

Please contact Human Resources with any questions about paid family and medical leave at the University, to notify of a pending leave or to obtain the necessary paperwork to apply for a family medical leave of absence under the University's voluntary plan.
